A Great Linseed Mask for Face Lifting- After 12 Times of Use You Will Not Recognize Yourself!

We bring you a brilliant linseed facelift mask for all skin types. A total of 12 treatments in 12 days and you won’t recognize yourself, you’ll look fantastic.

Why Linseed?

Linseed contains large amounts of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E, essential amino acids, including omega-3 fatty acids. It’s not only beneficial for human health, but also has a great effect on the skin as an excellent cosmetic agent. The most interesting component of linseed is – phytoestrogens. Thanks to phytoestrogens obtained from food, women’s skin remains beautiful and young, even in adulthood. Phytoestrogens make the skin smooth, elastic, they activate the process of renewal, improve the structure of the hair and nails etc.

Linseed helps your skin by getting inside your subcutaneous tissue, and brings back that “youthful tension” in the “deflated”and wrinkled facial areas, especially in the sensitive areas of the skin around the eyes, where the skin is thinnest and most prone to wrinkles.

How To Make And Use The Linseed Mask

It’s best to buy whole linseed seeds and grind them yourself every 2-3 days in a coffee mill. While some use whole seeds for the mask, we feel that ground seeds are more convenient, faster and better healing substances when mixed with water.Although buying ground seeds is more convenient for use, whole seeds have a longer shelf life. For culinary use, whole seeds are avoided because they“pass” through the body.

When buying the seeds, make sure they are of high quality with no signs of moisture.

Store them tightly closed, in a cool, dark and dry place – for up to a year. If you use ground seeds, be careful because they can easily go rancid. Be sure to store ground seeds in a refrigerator.

You’ll need to make the mask in the morning.

In a bowl, put 1 tablespoon of linseed and cover them with 1/3 cup of hot boiled water.Shake the bowl for a few minutes, then cover it with a napkin and let itsit until the evening.

Strain the mixture in the evening. Be sure to use the gelatinous water left behind by the linseed.

Apply the mask on your face and neck using a cotton swab. You don’t have to worry about avoiding the eye area, feel free to apply it there, just make sure you don’t get any of the mask in your eyes.

When the mask dries, apply another coating. Repeat the procedure up to five times.

While the mask is on, avoid talking or smiling. Try being silent throughout the procedure.

When you’re done with the procedure, rinse your face with water (preferably boiled water brought to room temperature) and apply nourishing cream, serum or oil on the face.

After 12 daily procedures, you won’t be able to identify yourself.
