The German- American “father” of raw nutrition and author of the book, Living without the disease, Ernst Gunther, has also published an interesting recipe for treating gout, arthritis, sciatica, rheumatism and many other painful and inflammatory conditions of the hips, joints, fingers, toes and painful heel.
Potato, onion and linen seed
Soak a full spoon with linen seeds in 2-3 deciliters of water. Boil the water for 10 minutes until the linen seeds become a starchy mixture.
In the meantime wash an entire potato and ground it with the peel. Ground one middle-sized onion. When the water with the linen seeds cools off, add the garlic and potato and mix it good. Strain any surplus of liquid.
If you struggle with problems of the fingers or feet, i.e. heels, put the mixture in old gloves or wear a sock on the feet or hands, and wrap them in nylon bags which you will tie them so that surplus liquid cannot get out.
On other body parts such as hips, spine, ribs, knees:
Wrap the mixture in gauze and put it onto the affected area and then wrap the area with some bandage or colorless foil. It is needed to practice this at night, i.e. during sleep. In the morning throw away the compress in the morning and rinse the place with soap and water.
If the areas are visible, and onion irritates your skin i.e. creates redness:
You have to massage the skin with some strong cream or olive oil. Simultaneously, while using these compresses, it is necessary to consume linen oil which will react from the inside. Repeat the procedure whenever you can until the diseases disappear.
