● Apple cider vinegar (organic, unfiltered and raw)

How to prepare it:

In a glass jar (350 mL to 500 mL) put the roughly chopped onion. Then add the roughly chopped garlic. Follow with the red chili peppers, seeds and all. Then carefully layer some chopped ginger. Into a separate bowl squeeze you lemon, discard the seeds and pour the juice next. At the end add the apple cider vinegar, leaving about a cm of room at the top. Close the jar and leave on your counter or in a pantry.
So, the tonic for sore throat, cold, and flu is ready for use.
