● One tablespoon grated fresh ginger or a slice of this
● A glass of water
● Two teaspoons honey
● A little cinnamon
Preparation And Usage:
Heat the water. When boiling remove from heat and add the sliced ginger along with the cinnamon stick. Cover the container where have deposited the ingredients and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.When ten minutes have passed spend ginger and cinnamon tea through a strainer to remove large pieces, you can add a little honey for sweetness and to enjoy the great benefits that will bring this great tea.
This remedy must be taken twice a day, 1 teaspoon until pains are alleviated.
