● 4 lemons with their rinds
● a small ginger root (not more than three or four centimeters) or two spoon of ginger powder
● four whole heads of garlic (or forty cloves)
● two liters of clean water

How to Prepare:

Wash the lemons well and cut them into pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and add them in a blender with the ginger and the lemon pieces. Blend until you get a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a metal bowl and add the two liters of water. Set the mixture on heat until it starts boiling.

Before the mixture reaches its boiling point, remove it from heat. Leave the mixture aside and let it to cool off. Take a medium-thick sieve and strain the mixture. Lastly, put the liquid in a glass bottle

How to Consume:

Consume one glass of this beverage a day, on empty stomach, two hours before meal. Make sure you store the drink in the refrigerator.
If you stick to this recipe, you will get an amount of this drink enough for three weeks. You can make a new one when you’re out of it. Although, you should take one-week break, and then start drinking this remedy again in the following three weeks.
