Step 1 – turmeric paste
● ¼ of a cup of powdered turmeric
● ½ a teaspoon of crushed pepper
● ½ a cup of filtered water
How to prepare it:
Put the ingredients in a pot and cook them on medium heat. Make sure you stir the mixture all the time in order to get a smooth texture and prevent it from sticking to the pot. hen the mixture is done, you need to remove it from heat and let it cool. After that, you need to keep it in the refrigerator.
Step 2 – golden milk
● 1 cup of almond milk
● ¼ of a teaspoon of turmeric paste
● 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
● 1 tablespoon of honey
Put all the ingredients except the honey in a pot for cooking. Place the pot on the fire with medium intensity. While you heat the mixture stir constantly and let it boil. Add honey at the end to make it sweet. Drink this incredible beverage every morning and will be amazed from the results!
