Baking soda has numerous effects on your stomach
During the digestive period, baking soda can reduce the secretion of gastric juice and neutralize hydrochloric acid in your stomach. It will also set carbon dioxide free and absorb it as sodium chloride.
Once the food gets digested in your stomach, baking soda can dissolve the mucus and get absorbed in the blood in order to raise alkalinity in the body. This will neutralize organic acids and open the pylorus valve, while getting rid of gasses.
Pyelitis (inflammation of the kidneys resulting from a bacterial infection that moves up through the urinary tract to the kidneys)
Uric acid issues
Burns and sunburns (add to bath and soak; or apply a paste as a cool compress to burn)
Insect bites (make a paste and rub onto skin)
Detox (combine with apple cider vinegar)
Baking soda and magnesium
This combination can be used to support the mitochondria, the organelle every cell in the body contains that makes fuel for the cells.
As we mentioned before, in order to benefit from it, you need to use baking soda without aluminum.
