Health Benefits Of Baking Soda – Should You Use It?
Baking soda has amazing health benefits, although not many people realize this. It can be used to treat numerous diseases, but you need to use baking soda without aluminum. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) can boost your health due to its ability to neutralize acids and alkalize your body, which is why it’s a great odor absorber. Here are a few tips on how you can use baking soda every day:

Mouthwash: mix a teaspoon of baking soda in half a glass of water and use the solution as a regular mouthwash;

Toothpaste: mix some baking soda and 3% of hydrogen peroxide plus a few drops of peppermint oil for a great homemade toothpaste;

Facial exfoliator: mix 3 parts of baking soda and water then massage the paste on your face;

Deodorant: pat some baking soda on your underarms to eliminate the smell of sweat effectively;

Hand cleanser\softener: mix 3 parts of baking soda plus half a part of honey and a part of water to make a fine hand softener;

Shampoo: mix a tablespoon of baking soda and 1 C. of warm water in a bottle, then work it into your hair and rinse as usual. You should follow this with a vinegar rinse (1-2 tablespoons of vinegar + 1 c. of water in a bottle) and lemon juice mix (lemon juice from 1 lemon + water).

Baking soda has numerous effects on your stomach

During the digestive period, baking soda can reduce the secretion of gastric juice and neutralize hydrochloric acid in your stomach. It will also set carbon dioxide free and absorb it as sodium chloride.

Once the food gets digested in your stomach, baking soda can dissolve the mucus and get absorbed in the blood in order to raise alkalinity in the body. This will neutralize organic acids and open the pylorus valve, while getting rid of gasses.
Baking soda can also help you with the following health problems:

Respiratory issues

Pyelitis (inflammation of the kidneys resulting from a bacterial infection that moves up through the urinary tract to the kidneys)

Uric acid issues

Burns and sunburns (add to bath and soak; or apply a paste as a cool compress to burn)

Ulcer pains

Kidney disease

Insect bites (make a paste and rub onto skin)

Detox (combine with apple cider vinegar)

Fungal treatment

Baking soda and magnesium

This combination can be used to support the mitochondria, the organelle every cell in the body contains that makes fuel for the cells.

As we mentioned before, in order to benefit from it, you need to use baking soda without aluminum.
