● Organic bone broth or veggie (4 cups)
● Chopped or grated turmeric (1 knuckle)

-Coconut flakes (2tablespoons)
-Frozen mango or pineapple ( 1 and a half cup)
-Almond milk or coconut milk ( one half)
-Fresh or powdered turmeric ( 1 teaspoon)
-Hemp seed hearts (1 teaspoon)
-Maca root (1 teaspoon)
-Black pepper (a dash)
Blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
7) Turmeric Kefir
